SACRAMENTO, Calif. - It was a who's who among top college basketball coaches Saturday at the Elite Youth Basketball League.
The fifth season of the EYBL tipped off Friday at the Jackson Sports Academy in McClellan Park and that brought together Nike's top 40 sponsored clubs for the first of four weekend sessions this spring across the country.
This first session was open for college coaches to attend and many did not pass up the opportunity to witness firsthand some of the nation's top high school prospects in action.
Among those top college coaches seen courtside on Saturday were: Roy Williams (North Carolina), John Calipari (Kentucky), Mike Krzyzewski (Duke), Sean Miller (Arizona), Kevin Ollie (Connecticut), Rick Pitino (Louisville), Tom Izzo (Michigan State) and Larry Brown (SMU).
Following is a slideshow of some of the coaches on hand during Saturday's games.
