It's easy to go all in on
Sheldon (Sacramento). The program has won eight section titles overall, five since 2011. It all starts at the top with Coach Mary Jo Truesdale. The legendary Sac-Joaquin Section coach will have some fun this season making a lineup each game as she has weapons up and down the scorecard.
Whitney (Rocklin) returns as the Division 1 section champions. It won't be easy defending the title, but the brutal Sierra Foothill League will have them ready. Four of the six teams in the SFL have a spot in the preseason rankings.
Oak Ridge (El Dorado Hills) and
Granite Bay could find their way in as well during the regular season.
