Summary
De La Salle owns the national record winning 151 consecutive straight games spanning from 1992 until 2004. The Spartans have dominated Northern California opponents and have not lost to a team north of Fresno since 1991. They've also won 28 straight North Coast Section titles entering the 2020 season. They were originally scheduled to face No. 5 North Shore (Houston) in Texas on Aug. 29 but the game was recently canceled because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
