Caleb Whittle and Russell Bunch connect on creative touchdown for Itawamba Agricultural.

Just like they drew it up.

With the ball on their own 35-yard line and less than 10 seconds left in the first half of Friday's game against Aberdeen (Miss.), Itawamba Agricultural (Fulton, Miss.) did what any team would do — threw up a prayer.

Quarterback V.J. Miller heaved the ball toward the end zone and it landed in the hands of receiver Caleb Whittle — unfortunately Whittle was a good 12 yards from the end zone. He was wrapped up by an Aberdeen defender and it looked as if the half would come to an unspectacular end.

Enter Itawamba's Russell Bunch.

Bunch, according to NeMissPreps.com, ran toward Whittle saying, "Throw it, throw it, throw it!"

While being rotated away from Bunch by the defender, Whittle delivered the ball on target with a Magic Johnson assist, and the result was one of the most creative touchdowns we've seen.

It was an important one too, as it provided the final scoring margin in Itawamba's 43-36 victory.
