Westgate (New Iberia), 29-14. D'Nerius Antoine rushed for a touchdown as the Tigers advanced to the semifinals against fourth-seeded
West Monroe (13-0).
The defending-champion Rebels won their 28th consecutive game in stopping Jesuit (New Orleans), 28-11.
Devontis Ellis contributed a 98-yard kickoff return for a touchdown to lead the onslaught. West Monroe quarterback
Paul Turner scored on runs of 36 and 1 yards.
Tyler Cain took an option pitch from Turner into the end zone for a 49-yard touchdown run.

Acadiana (Lafayette) and second-seeded
St. Thomas More (Lafayette), a pair of Lafayette-area rivals, will meet in the other semifinal. Acadiana advanced with a 41-20 victory over St. Paul (Covington), while St. Thomas More edged St. Augustine (New Orleans), 31-27.
Acadiana rushed for 485 yards, with
Micah Eugene,
Jeff Brown and
Terry Abraham all running for a pair of touchdowns. Abraham ran for 193 yards, including touchdowns of 46 and 85 yards. Eugene carried 18 times for 188 yards, with touchdown runs of 46 and 4 yards. Brown rushed for third-quarter touchdowns of 9 and 3 yards.
St. Thomas More quarterback
Brandon Bergeron threw the game-winning touchdown pass to
Andrew Stevenson in the fourth quarter to keep the Cougars undefeated (13-0). Bergeron and Stevenson earlier connected on an 11-yard touchdown pass.
CLASS 4A: 4 OT GAME HIGHLIGHTS ACTIONNo. 15
O. Perry Walker (New Orleans) finally pulled out a pulsating 26-20 victory Bastrop in four overtimes when Devan Powell connected with Anthony Scott for the game-winning touchdown pass. Bastrop had failed to score on four running plays before Powell and Scott combined for their heroics.
O.P. Walker will visit sixth-seeded
Franklinton, which outlasted Haughton, 49-41. The other semifinal will feature top-seeded
Karr (New Orleans) at home against 20th-seeded
Teurlings Catholic (Lafayette).
Edna Karr roared to a 39-14 victory over Northside (Lafayette), with its defense forcing seven turnovers, scoring twice and collecting two quarterback sacks. Teurlings Catholic needed overtime to stop Neville (Monroe), 27-26.
Adam Angelle scored on a 1-yard run for Teurlings Catholic, with Christian Hurst providing the extra-point kick. Neville reserve linebacker Ricky Wyatt answered with a 3-yard touchdown run, but Neville elected to try a 2-point conversion run after having lost its starting quarterback two plays into the game.
Teurlings Catholic preserved its victory over the defending state champion when it stopped Wyatt short of the end zone.
CLASS 3A: LAST YEAR'S FINALISTS MEET AGAINTop-seeded
Notre Dame (Crowley) (13-0) and fifth-seeded
Parkview Baptist (Baton Rouge) will be rematched in a Class 3A semifinal after Notre Dame defeated Parkview Baptist in last year's state championship game, 14-7.

Patterson will entertain 11th-seeded
West Feliciana (St. Francisville) in the other semifinal.
Notre Dame will be making its ninth semifinal appearance in 11 years after routing

Kevin Johnston combined to record half of the Pioneers' 18 quarterback sacks.
Quarterback Brennan Bozeman threw two touchdowns and ran for one score in
Parkview Baptist's (Baton Rouge) 46-6 victory over E.D. White (Thibodaux).
Patterson and
West Feliciana (St. Francisville) will be paired in the other semifinal game. Patterson advanced after stopping Redemptorist (Baton Rouge) in its quarterfinal game. Patterson had lost to Redemptorist during the regular season after star running back and LSU commitment Kenny Hilliard missed the second half with an injury.
A healthy Hilliard, nephew of former LSU and New Orleans Saints standout Dalton Hilliard, carried 19 times for 124, including touchdown runs of 1 and 15 yards.
CLASS 2A: THE BEST ARE STILL ALIVE
This is the only classification that still has its top four seeds remaining. Top-seeded John Curtis overcame a 7-6 halftime deficit in beating
Riverside (Reserve), 33-19.
Curtis (River Ridge) will now entertain fourth-seeded
East Feliciana (Clinton), which swamped Calvary Christian (Shreveport), 33-7.
Torrey Pierce paced John Curtis attack with 19 carries for 90 yards, including a 46-yard touchdown run in the first quarter.
Second-seeded
Evangel Christian Academy (Shreveport) and third-seeded
St. Charles Catholic (LaPlace) will meet in the other semifinal. Evangel Christian crushed Loreauville, 41-0, while St. Charles Catholic defeated Winnfield, 42-28.
Evangel Christian scored on the game's first play from scrimmage when Jermauria Rasco recovered a fumble in the end zone after a snap had sailed over the head of Loreauville quarterback Ross Duke. Dionte McDuffy recovered a fumble to set up Evangel Christian's third touchdown on a 4-yard pass from quarterback David Dee Duron to Judah Jones that gave the Eagles a 27-0 halftime lead.
Evangel Christian upended John Curtis in last year's Class 2A state championship game, while John Curtis beat St. Charles Catholic during the 2010 regular season.
CLASS 1A: SOUTH PLAQUEMINES EYES ANOTHER TITLE GAME BERTHSouth Plaquemines (Port Sulphur) will be looking to make its fourth consecutive championship-game appearance when the fourth-seeded Hurricanes play host to ninth-seeded
Ouachita Christian (Monroe) in one semifinal game.
The other semifinal will pit third-seeded
Oberlin at home against 15th-seeded
White Castle and Tyree Bracken, who rushed 39 times for 378 yards and two touchdowns in the Bulldogs' 15-6 quarterfinal victory over St. Edmund (Eunice).
After winning two consecutive state championships, South Plaquemines finished second to Haynesville last season. The Hurricanes moved into the semifinals with a 22-6 victory over Southern Lab (Baton Rouge). Ouachita Christian blitzed Delhi Charter, 41-6.
Oberlin ousted Central Catholic (Morgan City), 36-14, while White Castle won its first quarterfinal game in 33 years.
South Plaquemines weathered eight fumbles and an interception thanks in part to Bradley Sylve, who rushed for 176 yards, two touchdowns and a pair of two-point conversions.
