As such, there's little doubt that Chaminade head coach Ed Croson has become very familiar with Serra standout linebacker
Dwight Williams.
When the teams met on October 18, Serra blanked Chaminade 36-0, and Williams was responsible for six tackles.
Flying to the ball has been Williams' trademark for three seasons. During that stretch, he's amassed 310 tackles, 10.5 sacks and seven interceptions for one of the top programs in Southern California.
He's also accumulated an impressive number of offers as the No. 12 outside linebacker in the
247Composite Rankings for the Class of 2014.
Nearly three dozen schools have offered Williams, but the
247 Crystal Ball points to Florida, UCLA and USC as his three most likely landing spots.
For the time being, Williams will be focused on stopping Chaminade for the second time this season and potentially earning a berth in the regional bowl, which could pit Serra against the likes of St. John Bosco, Mater Dei, or Centennial.
