Arguably the top freshman in college basketball, Ben Simmons hits the floor again tonight with LSU taking on Marquette at Barclays Center in Brooklyn.

Three games into his collegiate career, the 6-foot-9 forward is averaging 18.7 points, 12.7 rebounds and 4.7 assists per game.

It's no surprise to those who followed the native of Australia at Montverde Academy (Fla.), where he helped the Eagles go 62-1 and capture a pair of national titles.

As a senior at Montverde Academy Simmons averaged 27.1 points, 11.8 rebounds and 4.1 assists per outing. He's projected as the No. 1 overall pick in the NBA Draft by NBADraft.net.
