Marin Catholic (Kentfield, Calif.) snapped Miramonte (Orinda, Calif.)'s 5-game winning streak, with a 59-6 victory on Saturday.
After taking the lead on a touchdown in the first quarter, the Wildcats led 31-6 at the half.
Marin Catholic expanded its lead to 46 points entering the fourth quarter. MC scored three times in the third, including once on a passing touchdown.
With the win the Kentfield school extended its winning streak to nine games. The Wildcats defeated the Titans 38-7 last week.
The Matadors' lone touchdown came on a pass in the first quarter.
Marin Catholic went into the matchup giving up only 10.9 points per game.
The defeat comes as a step back for Miramonte, which notched a 35-7 victory over Tennyson in its previous outing.
