The Glenpool Warriors will venture away from home to take on the Catoosa Indians at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams are strolling into their games after big wins in their previous games.
Glenpool is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They blew past Cleveland 25-4 on Monday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

Eli Winters made a big impact no matter where he played. On the mound, he struck out seven batters over five innings while giving up four earned runs off four hits (and only one walk). Those seven strikeouts gave him a new career-high. He was also big at the plate, scoring two runs while going 2-for-4. He also hit a double, marking his first of the season.
In other batting news, Mason Romero was incredible, scoring three runs while getting on base in all five of his plate appearances. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in RBI (three). Another player making a difference was Ayden Wade, who went 2-for-4 with four RBI, two runs, and one double.
Glenpool kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 16 hits. They are a perfect 4-0 when they post 11 or more hits.
Meanwhile, Catoosa entered their tilt with Fort Gibson on Tuesday with two consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with three. Everything went their way against the Tigers as they made off with a 23-3 win. With that victory, the Indians brought their scoring average up to 6.3 runs per game.
Tanner Fultz was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing five innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off five hits. That's the fewest hits he has allowed since back in April of 2024. He was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run and stealing a base while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.
In other batting news, Jerett McMains and Gunner Allison did most of the damage at the plate: McMains went 2-for-3 with one home run, seven RBI, and two runs, while Allison scored three runs and stole Two bases. while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances. Catoosa is 2-1 when Allison posts two or more stolen bases, but 2-4 otherwise. Brogan O'Neal was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing a base while getting on base in four of his six plate appearances.
Glenpool pushed their record up to 7-4 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.6 runs over those games. As for Catoosa, the victory was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 4-5.
Catoosa's hitters will have their work cut out for them on Wednesday. Glenpool has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 7.7 strikeouts per game. It's a different story for Catoosa, though, as they've been averaging only 3.4 strikeouts. Will Glenpool keep running through batters, or will Catoosa buck the trend?
Glenpool took their win against Catoosa in their previous matchup two weeks ago by a conclusive 14-6. The rematch might be a little tougher for Glenpool since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
