 In other batting news,  Dani Rauscher made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and  scored three  runs and  stole two bases while going 3-for-4.
 Pioneer's record now sits at 7-4. As for Prospect, their record now sits at 0-9.
Prospect's pitching crew has a tough task ahead of them:  Pioneer has hit smart this season,  having  averaged  an OBP of .495.
