Oceanside Collegiate Academy won the last time they faced Socastee and things went their way on Saturday too. The Oceanside Collegiate Academy Landsharks enjoyed a cozy 55-36 victory over the Socastee Braves. The win was nothing new for the Landsharks as they're now sitting on five straight.

Defeat or not, Socastee got some senior leadership from Bryson Sams and Joshua Brown. Sams went 7 of 12 on his way to 20 points, while Brown posted 13 points and six rebounds.

Oceanside Collegiate Academy's victory bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Socastee, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-4 record this season.

Oceanside Collegiate Academy will look to defend their home court on Friday against James Madison at 7:30 p.m. James Madison will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Oceanside Collegiate Academy surely won't give up without a fight. Socastee and Bishop O'Connell will round out the year against one another at at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
