 Red Mountain also got a great performance from  Preston Peebles as he  didn't allow a single  earned run and  only two  hits over six innings pitched.
 On the hitting side,  Chade Wilson was a standout: he went 2-for-5 with two  runs, a  triple,  and a  double.  Hagen Wright was another key contributor,  scoring a  run while going 2-for-5.
 Mesa's loss dropped their record down to 6-17. As for Red Mountain, they have  been performing  well recently as they've  won 12 of their last 15 games,  which provided a nice bump to their 16-7 record  this season.
