 Michael Lambert made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he  pitched one inning while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit. He also  tossed  no  earned runs, which is notable because Lansdowne is 3-1 when he allows at  most  three  earned runs, but 0-5-1 otherwise. Lambert was also solid in the batter's box,  going 1-for-2 with three  stolen bases and one  run.
 In other batting news,  Ryan Kehoe was  excellent,  going 1-for-2 with one  triple, one  run,  and one  RBI.  Tyler Umstead also deserves some recognition as  he  brought in his first  RBI of the season.
 Lansdowne  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .538. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Dundalk only posted  an  OBP of  .222.
Lansdowne's win bumped their record up to 3-6-1. As for Dundalk, they dropped their record down to 1-8 with the  defeat, which was their third straight  on the road.
Lansdowne will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Owls: the pair will be back at it again later today.
