Omaha South never let their opponents score on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by an 11-0 margin over the Omaha Northwest Huskies. The Packers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matches by ten runs or more this season.

Caleb Williams was a standout: he went 3-for-4 with five RBI, one stolen base, and one double. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in April of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Roger Rodriguez, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with four stolen bases and two runs.

Omaha South always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .657. They are 5-1 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.

Omaha South's win bumped their record up to 11-8. As for Omaha Northwest, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-13.
