Winning always takes teamwork, but on Tuesday Hannah Ward stepped things up a notch to give Charleston the 'W'. Ward wasn't messing around, striking out seven batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off five hits (and only one walk). The pitching appearance was her sixth straight with six or more strikeouts.

Looking ahead, Ward and Charleston will be playing at home against Booneville at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
