Basketball Recap: Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg Makes It Three in a Row at Home

Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg lost to Eden Valley-Watkins back in January of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Monday. The Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg Fighting Saints walked away with a 57-46 victory over the Eden Valley-Watkins Eagles. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Fighting Saints.

Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg pushed their record up to 9-12 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.3 points over those games. As for Eden Valley-Watkins, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-16.

Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 74-62 loss against Central Minnesota Christian on the 11th. As for Eden Valley-Watkins, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, an 82-62 defeat against Montevideo on the 11th.
