The Landmark Christian War Eagles entered their tilt with the McNair Mustangs with three consecutive wins  but they'll enter their next game with four. Landmark Christian had just enough and edged McNair out  46-44. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest  victory Landmark Christian has posted  yet this season.
 Landmark Christian had a senior duo take command as  Nikolette Soden  scored 14 points along with five  steals and  Melody Painter  scored 22 points along with eight  rebounds and two  steals. Painter hasn't dropped below two steals for four straight games. Another player making a difference was  Emma Morgan, who  scored five points along with four  steals.
 Landmark Christian's win bumped their record up to 8-2. As for McNair, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-9.
 Landmark Christian will be playing in front of their home fans against Columbia at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. McNair on the road again  on Tuesday and play against Towers at 5:30  p.m.  on January 16th.
