Basketball Recap: Wardlaw Academy Now 3-1 over Last Four Games

If King Academy wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Wardlaw Academy, they should've done a better job of containing Colt Bailey. The Wardlaw Academy Patriots strolled past the King Academy Knights with points to spare on Thursday, taking the game 55-38 thanks in part to Bailey, who went 11 for 23 on his way to 24 points and five steals. His evening made it five games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points.

Noah Harper was another key player, putting up 18 points. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 15.1 points per game.

Wardlaw Academy is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 6-12 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.5 points per game. As for King Academy, they are on a 17-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-12.
