Weld Central barely beat Thompson Valley the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Rebels blew past the Eagles 15-2 on Saturday. Considering the Rebels have won five matchups by more than ten runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

The win snapped Weld Central's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 5-7 record. As for Thompson Valley, their defeat was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-8.

Coming up, Weld Central will head out to challenge Strasburg at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Rebels will need to watch out since the Indians have now posted at least ten runs in their last four contests. As for Thompson Valley, they will host Wellington at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Thompson Valley's pitchers better be ready for this one: Wellington has averaged an impressive 9.9 runs per game this season.
