After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Escalon, the Livingston Wolves were happy to have found some success on Thursday. They strolled past Hilmar with points to spare, taking the game 69-52. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Livingston also won the last time the pair played back in November of 2023.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Livingston to victory, but perhaps none more so than Adrian Aguirre, who scored 28 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Joseph Theodore, who scored 17 points.
Several Yellowjackets players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jason Moniz, who scored 14 points. Another player making a difference was Xavier Silveira, who scored 11 points.
Livingston's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-14. As for Hilmar, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-16.
Livingston will look to defend their home court on Friday against Riverbank at 7:00 p.m. Riverbank is looking to tack on another W to their six-game streak on the road. As for Hilmar, they will take on Escalon at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Escalon has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 215 points over their last three matches.
