 The team  relied heavily on  Melody Wheatley, who  went 4-for-5 with five  RBI, three  runs,  and a  double. The team also got some help courtesy of  Davina Pauu, who  scored two  runs while going 2-for-4.
 On Mission Bay's side,  Maraea Hicks made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and  scored a  run while going 2-for-4. Another player making a difference was  Indy Beesley, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 2-for-4.
 Even though they lost, Mission Bay  hit smart and  finished the game with only two  strikeouts. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Morse struck out six times.
 Morse's victory bumped their record up to 20-7. As for Mission Bay, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-15.
 As of now, neither Morse nor Mission Bay have any future games scheduled.
