The MaxPreps All-America Team has recognized the top high
school basketball players in the country each year since 2006. Past
selections include Tina Charles, Elena Delle Donne, Maya Moore, Nneka
Ogwumike, Breanna Stewart and A'ja Wilson, who all went on to win the
WNBA's Most Valuable Player award.
Selections are based on team
success, individual production and local, regional and state honors from
the recently-completed season. Potential at the college and
professional level is not a primary consideration. Players in
post-graduate and non-scholastic programs are not eligible for
inclusion.

Monterey (Lubbock, Texas), we present the 2024-25 MaxPreps All-America
Team.
First Team
The McDonald's All American Game MVP averaged 23.2 points, 16.8 rebounds, 5.0 assists, 3.5 blocked shots and
2.2 assists as the Wolves went 25-3 and won a third
Class 6A state championship in four seasons. Betts scored more than 2,000
points in her high school career and is the state record holder for
rebounds and double-doubles.
The No. 1 player in the senior led the Plainsmen to a 37-5 record and
the Class 5A Division II state championship, the school's first in 45 years. For the season, Chavez
averaged 34.9 points per game, 9.7 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 3.7
steals per game. The future Sooner finished her career with 4,796 points, good for
14th on the national career scoring list.
Averaged
29.2 points, 8.7 rebounds, 3.3 steals and 2.6 assists per
game in leading Clackamas to a 27-3 record and the Class 6A state championship game.
Saniyah Hall, Montverde Academy (Montverde, Fla.)6-2 | Guard | Junior | UncommittedAveraged
20.3 points, 6.6 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 2.8 steals in her first
season with the Eagles after transferring from Laurel (Shaker Heights,
Ohio). She led Montverde to a 26-2 record and runner-up finish at the Chipotle Nationals.

Eagles won an unprecedented third Open Division title as she
averaged 24.0 points, 3.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 2.0 steals per game.
Etiwanda beat four nationally-ranked teams in the
postseason.

6-0 | Guard | Senior | IowaAveraged 19.9 points, 7.1 rebounds, 5.9 assists and 3.6
steals per game for the Monarchs, who went 29-4 and finished No. 8 in the MaxPreps Top 25. She scored more than 2,000 career points.

championship. Pauldo averaged 18.6 points, 5.3 assists and 3.4 rebounds
per game. She finished her Morris Catholic career with 2,143 points.
