Breanna Bates continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 19 points along with seven rebounds and five steals. She is on a roll when it comes to points, as she's now scored 15 or more in the last three games she's played. Rachelle LoBianco was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with three steals.
Aquinas' win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 20-6. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.0 points per game. As for Linfield Christian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-17.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Aquinas will challenge Arrowhead Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Arrowhead Christian will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps California Rankings (they are ranked 409th, while Aquinas is ranked 131st). As for Linfield Christian, they will head out on the road to square off against Ontario Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Ontario Christian's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last 15 contests.
