The Mission Viejo Diablos will head out on the road to  square off against  the Dana Hills Dolphins at 7:00  p.m.  on Monday. The  squads are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Mission Viejo has struggled recently with four defeats in a row, while Dana Hills will arrive with 11 straight  wins.
 Last Friday, Mission Viejo was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap  as they fell  55-51 to El Toro.
 The losing side was boosted by   Alexander Frost, who  dropped  a double-double on 18 points and 11  rebounds. Another player making a difference was  Hudson Dunlap, who  scored 11 points.
 Meanwhile,  even though Aliso Niguel scored an imposing 68 points on Friday, Dana Hills still came out on top. Dana Hills managed a  72-68 victory over Aliso Niguel. Given Dana Hills' advantage  in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings  (they are ranked 38th, while Aliso Niguel is ranked 185th), the result  wasn't entirely unexpected.
 Mission Viejo has  been struggling recently, as they've  lost six of their last seven matches,  which put a noticeable dent in their 8-15 record this season. As for Dana Hills, their win was  their fifth straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 19-4.
 Mission Viejo ended up a good deal behind  Dana Hills when the teams last played  last Friday, losing  71-52. Can Mission Viejo avenge their  loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
