Meanwhile, Calabasas won against Camarillo on Tuesday with four runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Friday. Calabasas won by a run and slipped past Chaminade 4-3. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Coyotes.
Calabasas pushed their record up to 5-2 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.5 runs over those games. As for Kennedy, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
