They came out on top against the Rockets by a score of  3-1. The score was all tied up  1-1 at the break, but the Knights were the  better team in the second half.
 The  victory snapped Washington's losing streak at three games  and leaves them with a 14-4-1 record. As for Richwoods, their win was  their third straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 10-3-3.
 Everything went Washington's way against Richwoods in their previous meeting  back in August of 2023, as Washington made off with  a  3-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Washington since the  team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
