The Choteau Bulldogs's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their third straight loss. They had to suffer through a rough 57-15 loss at the hands of Fairfield. Choteau has struggled against Fairfield recently, as their match on Tuesday was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.
Kylie Kovatch was Choteau's leading scorer, having posted five points.
Ava Gunderson held things down on the boards with five rebounds. She took the lead distributing the ball, coming up with three assists.
Choteau's loss dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Fairfield, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-3.
Choteau will head out on the road to challenge Chinook at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Chinook will be coming into the match with an undefeated record on the line. As for Fairfield, they will be playing at home against Belt at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Belt is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
