Dylan Greene was his usual excellent self, going 6 for 11 from beyond the arc en route to 34 points and 1 assist for Florence Christian. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Greene has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Taylor Greene, who scored 12 points along with five assists and two steals.
King's Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 5-16. As for Florence Christian, their victory ended a eight-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-16.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. King's Academy will take on Dillon Christian at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Dillon Christian's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last 11 contests. As for Florence Christian, they will head out on the road to take on Pee Dee Academy at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Florence Christian is strutting with some offensive muscle, as they've averaged 50.3 points per game this season.
