Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Gilbert). They never let the Horse Creek Academy Stallions get on the board and left with a 15-0 win on Saturday. The result was nothing new for the Indians, who have now won seven games by seven runs or more so far this season.

The victory (which was Gilbert's third in a row) raised their record to 17-2. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.3 runs over those games. As for Horse Creek Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-8.

Looking ahead, Gilbert will challenge White Knoll at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday. As for Horse Creek Academy, they will square off against Newberry at 11:15 a.m. on Saturday.
