After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Christian Academy of Knoxville, the Concord Christian Lions were happy to have found some success on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Clayton-Bradley Academy 59-23 on the road.
Mia Adkins and Nyah Wagner certainly did their best on Tuesday to try and avoid the loss. Adkins scored ten points along with four blocks, while Wagner scored four points.
Concord Christian has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a massive bump to their 6-7 record this season. As for Clayton-Bradley Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-9.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Concord Christian will take on Apostolic Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Clayton-Bradley Academy, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Grace Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m.
