 Dallas Covington was  his usual excellent self, rushing for 135 yards and one  score on only 13 carries, while also throwing for 132 yards and one  TD while completing 81.2% of his passes. Those  135  rushing yards gave  him a new career-high.  Ke'Vontae Pitts also deserves a mention for his  punt return touchdown.
 They were just one part of a punishing run game: East Nashville Magnet was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 263  rushing yards. They are 2-1 when  they've run for more than 200 yards.
 Special teams also deserves some recognition, posting 12 points in total. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of  Pitts, who ran a punt back for a touchdown.
East Nashville Magnet's victory bumped their record up to 2-4. As for Stratford, they now  have a losing record of 2-3.
