That makes it seven consecutive games in which Draughn has scored at least a third of Cardinal Newman's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Zaria Thompson, who dropped a double-double on ten points and 13 rebounds.
Wilson Hall's loss dropped their record down to 10-8. As for Cardinal Newman, their win bumped their record up to 5-13.
Wilson Hall will head out on the road to take on the Saints at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Cardinal Newman, they will be playing at home against the Falcons at 6:15 p.m. on Friday.
