The Cloverdale Eagles were the 71-67 winner over the Kelseyville Knights when they last played one another back in February, but their luck changed this time around. Cloverdale fell 57-49 to Kelseyville on Tuesday.
Despite the defeat, Cloverdale had strong showings from Kyle Garibaldi, who scored 13 points along with three steals, and Diesel Cavallo, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 14 rebounds. Those three steals set a new season-high mark for him.
Cloverdale's defeat dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Kelseyville, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cloverdale will be home for the holidays to greet Middletown at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Middletown is coming into the match hot, having won their last seven games. As for Kelseyville, their homestand continues as they prepare to take on Upper Lake at 7:00 p.m. on December 21st.
