Heritage had to endure a ten-game losing streak dating back to last season, but that streak is no more. They enjoyed a cozy 70-52 win over the Satellite Scorpions on Monday. The Panthers' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Despite the loss, Satellite still got an impressive performance from K'Dnce Cataldo, who posted 17 points and five steals. With that strong performance, Cataldo is now averaging an impressive 2.1 steals per game. Christian Mcphilamy was another key player, putting up eight points.

Heritage's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-9. As for Satellite, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-4 record this season.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Merritt Island the next time they take the court. Heritage will host Merritt Island at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Satellite will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
