 Antwerp actually scored more points across those five sets (105-103), but sadly they still had to settle for second. The match finished with set scores of 18-25, 25-22, 20-25, 25-21,  15-12.
 Wayne Trace's loss dropped their record down to 8-10. As for Antwerp, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-12.
 Wayne Trace took their  victory against Antwerp  in their previous meeting  back in September of 2023 by a conclusive  3-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Wayne Trace since the  squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
