The Jay Mustangs typically have all the answers at home, but on Tuesday the Harlan Hawks proved too difficult a challenge. They snuck past the Mustangs with a 49-44 victory. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Harlan.
Harlan's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Loghan Hamilton led the charge by scoring 12 points along with two steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Alexa Romero, who scored 12 points along with six rebounds and four steals.
Harlan has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 18-11 record this season. As for Jay, their loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 23-11.
Harlan does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Jay also has no future games currently scheduled.
