St. James is 0-10 against Carolina Forest since September of 2014 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The St. James Sharks will head out on the road to face off against the Carolina Forest Panthers at 7:30 p.m. St. James will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps South Carolina Rankings (they are ranked 109th, while Carolina Forest is ranked 30th).
While it was all tied up 14-14 at halftime, St. James was not quite Carolina Forest's equal in the second half on Friday. St. James ended up on the wrong side of a tough 35-14 walloping at the hands of Carolina Forest. St. James has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Although St. James took the loss, they still got scores from Connor Schwalm and Jace Shropshire.
St. James' defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their overall record down to 3-7. As for Carolina Forest, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 7-3.
St. James might still be hurting after the 35-14 loss they got from Carolina Forest when the teams last played on Friday. Can St. James avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
