Ysleta is a perfect 10-0 against Riverside since September of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:35 p.m. Ysleta is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last seven games.
Last Friday, Ysleta made easy work of Mountain View and carried off a 3-0 victory.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-11, 25-16.

Ysleta can attribute much of their success to Crystal Espinoza, who had eight digs and seven assists, and Raelene Lopez, who had ten digs and two aces. Those seven assists gave Espinoza a new career-high.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Riverside, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They put the hurt on San Elizario with a sharp 3-0 win last Friday. The Rangers haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.
While Riverside won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-18, 25-23.
Riverside's win bumped their record up to 7-12. As for Ysleta, their victory bumped their record up to 24-8.
Everything went Ysleta's way against Riverside when the teams last played back in September, as Ysleta made off with a 3-0 win. Will the Indians repeat their success, or do the Rangers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
