Veritas Christian's loss came despite strong showings from Josh Nadvornik and Vaughn Heck. Nadvornik scored six points, while Heck scored nine points.
Veritas Christian has not been sharp recently as the team's lost nine of their last 11 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season. As for Eudora, their win bumped their record up to 8-6.
Veritas Christian will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on the Crusaders at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Eudora, they will head out on the road to challenge the Red Raiders at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
