USA Basketball announced the 33 athletes expected to participate in the
U19 National Team training camp in Colorado Springs, Colo., beginning
May 22.
The 12-member team will be announced prior to departing for the FIBA U19 Men's World Cup, scheduled for June 28 through July 6 in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Athletes attending training camp were selected by the USA Basketball Men's Developmental National Team Committee, which is chaired by Sean Ford.
Tommy Lloyd of Arizona will serve as the head coach along with assistants Grant McCasland of Texas Tech and Micah Shrewsberry of Notre Dame.
Supporting coaches during training camp will be Hubert Davis of North Carolina, Nate Oats of Alabama and Mark Pope of Kentucky.
Along with 26 players from the classes of 2025 and 2026, seven players from the collegiate ranks also join the training camp. L.J. Cason of Michigan, Tony Duckett of San Diego, Daniel Jacobsen of Purdue, Morez Johnson of Illinois, Royce Parham of Marquette, Tyrone Riley of San Francisco and Tyler Tanner of Vanderbilt also earned invites to the upcoming training camp.
