There's no place like home for Black River, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  on Tuesday. They blew past the Oberlin Phoenix 3-0 on Thursday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won  3-0  back in September.

Remington has been hot, having  posted 16 or more  digs the last five times she's  played.  Heidi Clark also deserves some recognition as  she  had her first  digs of the season.

 Looking ahead, Black River will look to defend their home court  on Tuesday against Hillsdale  at 7:00  p.m. The Pirates are facing the Falcons at the right time seeing as the Falcons are stuck on  a  three-game losing streak. As for Oberlin, after both having extra time off, they and Waynedale will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another  at 5:00  p.m.  on Thursday.
