After only two runs in their last match, Hurricane made sure to put some runs up on the board against Lincoln County on Monday. The Tigers never let the Lynx get on the board and left with a 10-0 win. With that victory, the Tigers brought their scoring average up to 6.2 runs per game.

Faith Fuller was a standout: she scored two runs while going 3-for-4. Addi Lauritzen was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.

Hurricane was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .481. The last time their batting average was this high was back in March.

Hurricane's win bumped their record up to 6-13. As for Lincoln County, their defeat ended an 11-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 11-8.

Looking ahead, Hurricane will take on Timpanogos at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Lincoln County, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Awaken Christian at 1:00 p.m. on the 24th.
