The Yulee Hornets scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They really took it to Parker for the full four quarters, racking up a 61-20 victory at home. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest win Yulee has managed all season.
Yulee found their leader in underclassman Rheyna Hilton, who dropped a double-double on 28 points and 21 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Hilton has scored all season. Macey Reynolds was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on ten points and 16 rebounds.
Yulee's victory ended a nine-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-16. As for Parker, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-13.
Yulee will take on the Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Andrew Jackson presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than the Hornets in Florida (the Tigers are ranked 216th, while the Hornets are ranked 610th). Parker's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Wolverines on February 5th.
