While Trinity Catholic's win against Dunnellon wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Celtics skirted past the Tigers 4-3. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 7-1 back in March.

Trinity Catholic saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Tommy Silva, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

The victory made it two in a row for Trinity Catholic and bumps their season record up to 8-16. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 5 runs in those games. As for Dunnellon, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-14.

Trinity Catholic and Dunnellon are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. The Celtics will host Crescent City at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Dunnellon, they will face off against Citrus at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
