Winneconne won the last time they faced Markesan and things went their way on Saturday too. The Wolves came out on top against the Hornets by a score of 2-0.

Alyssa Koval paced Winneconne's offense, picking up nine kills. Koval got some help from Bailey Church and her 14 assists. Church also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Kendal Vette, racking up two apiece.

Winneconne's record is now 10-3. As for Markesan, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-14.

Coincidentally, Winneconne and Markesan will both be playing Campbellsport the next time they take the court. The Wolves will head out to face the Cougars at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Hornets will play them later in the day, at 11:00 a.m.
