Heritage Christian had a senior duo take command as Mike Bowen Jr. scored 21 points along with seven rebounds and three blocks and Desmond Jones scored 20 points along with eight rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Alex Trotter, who scored 13 points along with six rebounds.
Meanwhile, St. John's Northwestern Military Academy lost to Luther Prep at home by a decisive 67-49 margin on Tuesday. St. John's Northwestern Military Academy has not had much luck with Luther Prep recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Heritage Christian is on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 13 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season. As for St. John's Northwestern Military Academy, they have been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 12 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-13 record this season.
Heritage Christian strolled past St. John's Northwestern Military Academy in their previous matchup back in January by a score of 75-57.
