The Cedaredge Bruins will take on the Colorado Springs Christian Lions at 4:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Both teams are coming into the  matchup red-hot, with Cedaredge sitting on  25 straight  wins and Colorado Springs Christian on 13.
Cedaredge is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup  on Saturday. They took down Yuma 47-31.

Cedaredge got their  victory on the backs of several key players, but it was  Carley Malinowski out in front who  shot 56% from the field on her way to 15 points in addition to five  rebounds and three  steals. Malinowski is  on a roll when it comes to  steals, as she's  now  grabbed two or more in each of the last three games she's  played.  Jessie Black was another key player,  putting up six  points along with seven  assists and seven  boards.
 Cedaredge was working as a unit and  finished the game with 14  assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Yuma only  seven  assists.
Meanwhile, a well-balanced attack led Colorado Springs Christian over Brush in every quarter on their way to victory  on Saturday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that Colorado Springs Christian blew Brush out of the water with  a  55-20 final score. The Lions have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 16  contests by 21  points or more this season.
 Cedaredge better keep an eye on  Jordyn Rollins. She was instrumental in Colorado Springs Christian's win,  going 7-for-11  to rack up 24 points in addition to eight  steals and seven  rebounds. What's more,  Rollins also posted a 64%  shooting accuracy, which is the highest she's  achieved since back in February of 2024. Another player making a difference was  Abigail Perry, who  almost  dropped  a double-double with nine  points and 14  boards.
 Colorado Springs Christian's win was  their tenth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 22-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 20.4 points on average over those games. As for Cedaredge, their victory bumped their record up to 25-0.
 Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest:  Cedaredge has been smashing the glass this season,  having  averaged 30.4  rebounds per game. However, it's not like Colorado Springs Christian struggles in that department as   they've been averaging 31.8  boards.
