They claimed a resounding 76-47 victory over Southside Christian at home. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win Living Water Christian has posted since December 5, 2023.
Living Water Christian's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Emmanuel Nicolas led the charge by scoring 20 points along with six rebounds. Bo Koebbe was another key contributor, scoring 17 points along with five rebounds.
When it comes to explaining why Southside Christian lost, one person who can't be blamed is Luke Boush. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double on 23 points and 17 rebounds. That was a full 48.9% of Southside Christian's points, marking the third time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ethan Evans, who scored ten points along with six steals.
Living Water Christian's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-9. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.3 points per game.
