After a string of six wins, the Riverwood Raiders's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 61-60 to Pace Academy. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.

That was a full 55% of Riverwood's points, marking the fifth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Riverwood will head out on the road to face off against Dunwoody at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Dunwoody will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Georgia Rankings (they are ranked 275th, while Riverwood is ranked 28th). As for Pace Academy, they will be playing at home against Hiram at 3:00 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in Hiram's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last six matchups.
