The Prospect Panthers will square off against the Harker Eagles at 4:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. Prospect will be looking to extend their current six-game winning streak.
Prospect will bounce into Wednesday's   matchup after  beating Cupertino, who they had gone 0-3 against in their three prior meetings. The Panthers put the hurt on the Pioneers with a sharp  10-4 win on Monday. The Panthers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine games by six  runs or more this season.
 Kendall Tabora was a  major factor no matter where she played. She  tossed seven innings while giving up just two earned  (and two unearned) runs off   seven  hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in six consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate,  going 1-for-3 with two  runs and one  stolen base.

 In other batting news,  Abby Wright was  incredible,  going 3-for-4 with three  runs, one  triple,  and two  RBI. Those  three  runs gave  her a new career-high.  Isa Shields was another key player,  going 3-for-4 with three  RBI and two  doubles.
 Prospect  hit smart and  finished the game with only one  strikeout. The team has now struck out at least five batters  in three consecutive  contests.
 Meanwhile,  after only one  run in their last  match, Harker made sure to put some  runs up on the board against Design Tech  on Wednesday. The Eagles walked away with  a   12-7  victory over the Dragons.
 Harker's win bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Prospect, they pushed their record up to 11-4 with the  victory, which was their fourth straight  at home.
 Everything went Prospect's way against Harker in their previous matchup  back in April of 2024, as Prospect made off with  an  11-4 win. Will the Panthers repeat their success,  or do  the Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
